There are pros and cons to be being a photographer. The pros are obvious, the cons come at you fast. I was recently asked to photograph the food at a new restaurant for Michelin Starred chef Philippe Orrico.  Philippe is a true perfectionist and I couldn’t believe my luck when I got the call.
